We're Always Hiring!

Join Our Team

We are seeking three experienced Network Planners to support nationwide design workstreams, with a preference for candidates to be based in or near Bristol and Manchester. This role is suited for professionals with a minimum of three years of experience in network planning, infrastructure design, and layout optimisation, as well as key industry certifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with design and implementation teams to deliver robust, scalable network configurations that meet both project specifications and regulatory standards across multiple design workstreams.
  • Utilise advanced design and surveying tools to produce detailed network designs, ensuring cost-effectiveness, reliability, and compliance regarding construction design management.
  • Provide support for both desktop-based planning and, if interested, on-site intrusive surveys. Travel will be required for field work to facilitate thorough, on-location evaluations and hands-on design adjustments.

Preferred Certifications and Skills: Candidates must possess:

  • NRSWA O1 Certification (New Roads and Street Works Act, Operative).
  • SA002 Safety Underground and SA001 Safety Overhead certifications as minimum requirements.

Additional certifications, including S005 (PIA Pole Survey), S006 (PIA Duct Survey), and SA007 (Asbestos Awareness), are highly desirable and will be considered favourably.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum three years of relevant experience in network planning and design.
  • Proficiency in network design software, with a strong eye for detail and the ability to interpret complex project requirements.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Locations & Flexibility: With preferred locations being in Bristol and Manchester, we can allow for this role to be fully remote (desktop-based planning) or include optional on-site work for those interested in field assignments.

This is a prime opportunity for certified Network Planners with a drive to shape complex network solutions and the flexibility to work across both digital and on-site environments. Join our team and make a significant impact on nationwide connectivity projects!
